Register Today for Pennsylvania Meeting to Protect the Environment
On October 12, Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future and the Pennsylvania Interfaith Climate Change Campaign will present a forum on the threat of global warming.

The free program will be held in Penn Valley and will bring presenters to explore the challenges in combating global warming and the environmental and economic opportunities for taking action. Speakers will also examine state and federal climate legislation, and what they offer from both religious and business perspectives.
Featured speakers include:
* John Rowe, CEO of Exelon;
* Jerry Melillo, co-chair of the United States Global Climate Change Impacts Assessment, and co-director and senior scientist of The Ecosystems Center at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole;
* Richard Foltin, legislative director and counsel for American Jewish Committee's Office of Government and International Affairs;
* Brent Alderfer, president Community Energy Inc.;
* Joy Bergey, Interfaith Climate Change Campaign, and federal policy manager for Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future (PennFuture);
* Jan Jarrett, president and CEO of Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future (PennFuture)
The meeting will be from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Har Zion Temple,
