Take Three: Hearing on Fraudulent Letters Rescheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29

Posted by sbopp at October 23, 2009 12:00 PM |

On Thursday, October 29, Congress will hold a hearing about the fraudulent letters sent last June to convince members of Congress to oppose the House version of the climate and energy bill. The faked letters, written on the letterheads of progressive policy organizations, were written and sent by Bonner & Associates, a Washington firm contracted by the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity.

In the political war to clear the air of climate changing emissions and pursue clean energy development, environmental and public interest organizations are gaining reforms, new policy, and extraordinary momentum in and outside Washington.
