USCAN Report: Faking Action: The Truth Behind U.S. Global Warming Policy. Distributed at COP9 in Milan, December 1-12, 2003

USCAN developed the "Faking Action" report to reveal the truth behind the Bush Administration policies related to global warming.  This report was released at the 9th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Milan, Italy.  The report is available below, along with the presentations from the USCAN side event at COP9 on Climate Change Policies in the U.S.
