Dr. Ife Kilimanjaro

Executive Director

Ife Kilimanjaro, Ph.D., rejoined the U.S. Climate Action Network (USCAN) as Executive Director after serving as Sr. Engagement Director until 2020. She brings diverse experience in organizational change, strategic goal advancement, team and partner relationship building, and promoting wellness practices.

Kyle Sanborn

Network Administrator

Kyle Sanborn is the Network Administrator at USCAN with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity.

Carrie Clayton

Deputy Director

Carrie is a non-profit administrator with over 15 years of experience in managing organizational infrastructure. She coordinates international efforts between Climate Action Network Nodes and USCAN members, maps member connectivity, oversees engagements at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP), leads USCAN's Member Catalyzing Grants, and manages logistics and agenda development for all-member and regional meetings.

Shontaé Cannon-Buckley

Member Relations Manager

Shontaé has led campaigns around environmental justice in the City of Buffalo and Turtle Island (United States) at large. For the past 10 years Shontaé has worked to reduce harm in all walks of life, whether that be to the earth or carceral individuals.

Board of Directors

Composed of leaders from the frontlines, scientific, policy, conservation, youth and faith communities, the USCAN board of directors exercises overall responsibility for the policies, programs and direction of the US Climate Action Network and provides advice and counsel on a broad range of policy and operational matters. The Board reflects the balance and composition of the network, including geographic and gender balance.
