A visionary leader, dedicated healer, and spirit warrior. She leads a national network of organizations committed to a just and equitable response to the climate crisis, grounded in the conviction that network-building is how systemic change happens.

A strategist in social impact and organizational design who has guided organizations through growth, restructuring, and cultural change. At USCAN she aligns systems, governance, and strategy behind the network's climate justice mission.

Director of Climate Policy and Advocacy

A first-generation immigrant who came up through the anti-war movement of the early 2000s. He is driven by bridging social movements across borders to confront entrenched power and win victories for people and the planet.

Kyle connects members to the listservs and committees where they can do their best work. He has learned that relationships are what hold a network together. Outside work, he is reconnecting with running and playing PC games.

Shontaé has spent a decade working to reduce harm, to the earth and to people in the carceral system. She organizes at the intersection of embodied leadership, healing justice, and political education, for her children and the seventh generation.

A proud Singaporean and recent Dartmouth graduate in Environmental Studies and Government. She translates policy jargon for broader audiences and believes the most important renewable resource we have is our humanity.

Adé supports USCAN's director and board, and sees climate action as essential to healing the planet. She has studied literature, Reiki, and esoteric philosophy, and spends her free time outdoors with her two sons.

Program Coordinator

Sonu keeps scheduling and communication running for the executive director and board. They are passionate about history, environmental justice, and decolonization, and spend their off hours doing fiber arts and keeping their cats out of the yarn.
