No Fossil Fuel Funding Affidavit

Definition of Fossil Fuel Companies: State-owned and private companies linked to fossil fuel and nuclear investments and deployments (including hybrids and owned companies, subsidiaries with >50% property shares):

Upstream companies - Mining/extracting oil, coal, fossil gas, uranium amounting to >5% of their annual investments, or/and revenues or/and financing across their value chain.
Midstream and Downstream companies - Transporting, shipping, refining, cracking, distributing, selling oil, coal, fossil gas, uranium and their derivatives amounting to >5% of their annual investments or/and revenues or/and financing across their value chain.
Companies that manufacture power plants, pipelines, and equipment for coal, oil, fossil gas and nuclear supply chains amounting to >5% of their annual investments or/and revenues.
Financial institutions - Financing coal, oil, fossil gas, nuclear activities amounting to >5% of their annual investments or/and revenues in their energy portfolio or contained in hedge funds and other investment schemes.
Electricity and heat providing utilities - Producing and selling energy from coal, oil, gas burning, uranium fission amounting to >5% of their annual energy sold, or/and investments or/and revenues.

By signing below, you hereby affirm that your organization does not receive financial contributions either directly from fossil fuel companies or from fossil fuel political and charitable organizations.
