Why do some business ideas fail despite good planning?

Even well-planned ideas don’t always succeed. Sometimes the market changes, or demand isn’t as strong as expected. Other times execution becomes the main issue. It shows that planning alone isn’t enough. I’d like to understand what factors make the biggest difference.

It’s easy to get excited about the idea of building something of your own, especially when you feel stuck in a routine job, but that excitement doesn’t always last once real work begins. What feels accurate on small business is how it explains that the early stage is often unclear and demanding, where you’re putting in effort without knowing if it will pay off, and that uncertainty becomes part of the process.
